All apartment terraces are furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or a relaxing aperitif.

THE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
All apartments at Villa Elvi feature a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area, designed to offer guests maximum independence during their stay.
Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, and a gas or induction stovetop. Guests also have access to a Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule espresso machine, a filter coffee maker, and an electric kettle.
All the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, and placemats needed to comfortably prepare and serve meals for up to six people are also present.
To make your arrival more convenient, we provide an initial supply of essential products, including sugar, salt, and dish soap.
All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning.
THE LIVING ROOM
Each apartment features a welcoming living room, furnished simply and functionally, with a sofa and LED TV. This space is designed to offer a comfortable space in which to relax and enjoy your stay.
All living rooms also have at least one balcony, a private outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy a moment of tranquility.
For apartments accommodating five people, depending on the layout, we sometimes prefer to provide an extra bed in the living room rather than the sofa bed. This solution ensures greater comfort while sleeping and keeps the sofa available as a relaxation area for all guests.

Simple, bright, and well-appointed, the rooms at Villa Elvi are designed to offer peaceful and functional spaces where you can rest comfortably after a day spent exploring Lake Garda.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
The more spacious double bedroom features a balcony and a wardrobe for convenient storage of clothing and personal belongings. The available space also allows for a crib for younger children, available upon request.
DOUBLE ROOM
The second bedroom is furnished with single beds and has a wardrobe and storage space.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
All apartments are supplied complete with bed linen and towels.
For reservations made directly with Villa Elvi, it is also possible to customize, upon request and based on the room configuration, the bed arrangement, choosing between single or double beds.
THE BATHROOM
The bathrooms in Villa Elvi's apartments are simple, functional, and well-maintained, with particular attention to cleanliness and hygiene to ensure guests' comfort throughout their stay.
All bathrooms have windows and are equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, and hairdryer.
Guests are provided with bathroom linens, a small courtesy kit with shower gel and body care products, as well as an initial supply of toilet paper (two rolls).
PARKING, GARAGE, LAUNDRY AND BIKE STORAGE

All apartments have a reserved parking space on the property, located in the covered garage in the basement. Some outdoor parking spaces are also available. A convenient and secure way to park your car throughout your stay.
LAUNDRY
A shared laundry room, located on the garage floor and equipped with a washing machine, is available to all guests during their stay.
BICYCLE AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT STORAGE
We offer guests a dedicated and secure space for storing bicycles and sports equipment, ideal for those who wish to explore the area and routes of Lake Garda.
